POSTURAL CORRECTIVE YOGA FOR DESK WORKERS WITH BRODIE

A class to strengthen weakened muscles and faulty postural patterns caused by prolonged sitting and desk work.
Prolonged sitting causes long term strain on the joints in the spine and causes weaknesses in the muscles. Our spines are designed for walking and movement continuously so sitting completely changes the biomechanics of the spine. Brodie combines her knowledge of chiropractic and yoga in this class to strengthen specific muscle groups to maintain good posture and healthy spinal movement.
